One to one, private sessions in a quiet, safe environment. This is a Shamanic journey work and can take anything from half an hour to an hour. You will be fully clothed at all times. Soul retrieval is needed if we have experienced trauma and have lost access to a fragment of ourselves. Returning these parts allows us to expand into our fullest capacity and wholeness.
