There are many things that can happen in a building that leave a lasting energetic signature or impact. The fabric of a building or furniture can hold the energy of past violence or arguments. You may be aware of lost souls or ghosts that have not passed over and need help moving on. Are there negative energy lines running through the building? This requires a conversation with you first. I will need a plan of your property. Either architect, sales plan, or a hand drawn floor plan, including the land or garden around your property. I need an initial payment of £80 to douse and see what I find. I then make you a report and you can book a time for me to visit your property to resolve the issues I find. I am asking a total of £200 to complete the work. (this includes the initial £80 dousing fee that you pay upfront) This quote is for a normal two bedroom house. Larger houses with out buildings will require more work and a larger fee. If you change your mind after I have started dousing your property then the admin charge is £80.
